Products can be refunded & exchanged within 14 days from receiving date under the following conditions:

1. For products to be refunded it must be in its original Condition (unopened & unused) resalable.
2. If there is a manufacturing defect or not matching the description on the site, although we check products thoroughly before shipping.

1. The process take from 3-5 working days starting from the date the issue was received.
2. Refunds depends on the payment method, either by (coupon), or refund the amount on the bank account.
3. Refunds on bank account takes from 10-15 working days.
